PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
MENASHA LOCATION
(Ages 18 Months-5 Years Old)
Parent & Tot
Our coach-led Parent & Tot class allows parents to actively participate alongside their child.
This class introduces children to the four primary gymnastics events: bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline.
In addition to basic gymnastics skills, children will develop important social skills such as patience while waiting in line and attentiveness when receiving instructions. These foundational skills help prepare them for independent classes without a parent or guardian.
Join us for a fun and engaging experience that promotes movement, learning, and confidence!
Preschool 1
Preschool 1 introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and interactive environment.
This class focuses on developing basic gymnastics skills while improving coordination and confidence.
As children progress, they will build the necessary skills to advance to the next level: Preschool 2.
Preschool 2
The Preschool 2 class builds upon the foundational gymnastics skills introduced in Preschool 1.
In addition to continued skill development, athletes will begin learning basic gymnastics terminology.
This fun and interactive program help children strength their abilities, and prepare them for the next level: Advanced Preschool.
Advanced Preschool
The Advanced Preschool class is designed to help athletes refine and perfect the gymnastics skills developed in
Preschool 1 and Preschool 2. This class focuses on improving technique, strength, and coordination in preparation
for more advanced gymnastics training. Completion of Advanced will prepare athletes for our Team Program.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Girls Beginner
Welcome to the Girls Beginner gymnastics class! This exciting program is designed for school-age children and focuses on foundational gymnastics skills across all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor/trampoline. Our fun and interactive classes will help young athletes build coordination and confidence. Coaches will provide personalized guidance, and when the required skills are mastered,
athletes will be recommended for the next level: Girls Intermediate.
Girls Intermediate
Here, school-age children will expand on their introductory skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of gymnastics terminology, techniques, and shapes. Our fun and interactive environment allows athletes to strengthen their existing skills and build confidence.
Coaches will closely monitor progress, and when students achieve the required skills,
they will be recommended for the next level: Girls Advanced.
Girls Advanced
In this class, your child will refine the skills learned in Beginner and Intermediate levels, mastering gymnastics techniques and shapes.
Our program is designed to help athletes proficiently demonstrate their capabilities, setting a strong foundation for future success.
Completion of the Advanced class will prepare them for our Team Program, paving the way for their gymnastics journey ahead.

NON-COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS
MENASHA LOCATION
(Ages 6+ Years Old)
Optional Recreational
The Optional Recreational class allows athletes to develop their gymnastics skills in a non-competitive environment, where they can continue to participate without the pressure of competition, and importantly, there is no level advancement from this class. It is specifically designed for gymnasts who prefer not to compete. Should a gymnast later decide to join the Competitive Team after participating in Optional Recreational, an evaluation will be necessary to transition to the Intro class or any other level.
Prerequisites: Participants must complete Preschool 1/Girls Beginner, Preschool 2/Girls Intermediate, and Advanced Preschool/Girls Advanced. Alternatively, you may be recommended for this class following an evaluation.​​
