Ultimate Fusion Athletics competitive gymnastics program is for those who want to push their skills and
compete at Local, State, and National Meets. This program is for serious athletes who enjoy gymnastics,
have a great work ethic and have a supportive parent network at home.
Please fill out the Liability Waiver before the athlete's first day.
This waiver needs to be submitted once a year.
Must register at the gym.
$55 Annual Registration Fee
(Due January 1st each year, or when enrolled into our program.)
