TEAM PAYMENT POLICIES: (Preschool Pre-Team - Levels 8/9/10)

Tuition is due monthly: Tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month for the following month. If the 1st of the month is on a weekend, holiday, or day that the gym is closed, you are still required to make your payment on or before the first of each month.

 

  2023 Monthly Tuition Due Dates:

• January's Monthly Tuition is due on Sunday, January 1st, 2023.

• February's Monthly Tuition is due on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023.

• March's Monthly Tuition is due on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023.

• April's Monthly Tuition is due on Saturday, April 1st, 2023.

• May's Monthly Tuition is due on Monday, May 1st, 2023.

• June's Monthly Tuition is due on Thursday, June 1st, 2023.

• July's Monthly Payment is due on Saturday July 1st, 2023.

• Augusts' Monthly Payment is due on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023.

• September's Monthly Payment is due on Friday, September 1st, 2023.

• October's Monthly Payment is due on Sunday, October 1st, 2023.

• November's Monthly Payment is due on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023.

• December's Monthly Payment is due on Friday, December 1st, 2023.

 

• If your payment is not submitted in full for the upcoming month, a $20.00 Late Fee will be applied to our account. This Late Fee will not be voided or waived.

• If your payment is not submitted in full for the current month by the 15th of each month, your $20.00 Late Fee will increase to a $50.00 Late Fee. This Late Fee will not be voided or waived.

• If your payment is not paid in full by your child's first class of the month, she will not be able to participate in class until the payment is made in full.

 

TEAM ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:
There is a $50 annual registration fee per athlete. Registration is due at the time of initial enrollment and renewed annually (Due January 1st each year thereafter). This fee covers the cost of registering and maintaining family records.

Note: In addition to your child's monthly payments, there will be Competition Fees due. These costs and due dates will be sent out when we have them calculated. Due to being a part of our Team, you are required to pay Competition Fees whether you compete or not. This is indicated in our Team Handbook along with an Acknowledgment agreement form that must be submitted when joining our Team.

RECREATIONAL CLASS PAYMENT POLICIES: (Preschool, Recreational, and Tumbling)

Tuition is paid by session: Tuition is due at the time of Registration.

• If payment is not made at the time of registration, your child will not be registered for the class.

1. Payments may be made in person with cash.

2. Payments may be made with a personal check. Please make your check payable to R&B Training Center and please note the student's name, class, day, and time on the memo portion of your check. A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

3. Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

4. You may mail payments to R&B Training Center, 1670 Drum Corps Drive, Menasha WI 54952.

5. Payments can be made online by going to www.ultimatefusionathletics.com, clicking "Login!" and entering in your credentials (email address you provided to the gym and password you created). If your daughter is currently enrolled and you do not know how to access your account, please call us at (920) 886-1046. Do not create a new account, as your billing information will not be accessible through a new account.

6. Payments can be made through the Ultimate Fusion App. Click “Home”, “My Account”, “My Account”, and “Pay Now”.

7. Payments can be set up for automatic withdrawal at the office or by going online to ultimatefusionathletics.com, clicking "Login" and entering in your credentials (email address provided at the gym, and password you created). AGAIN, if your daughter is currently enrolled and you do not know how to access your account, please call us at (920) 886-1046. Do not create a new account, as your billing information will not be accessible through a new account.

 

**Reminder, any balance on the 1st of the month will be charged to your credit/ debit card on file. This is done automatically so you will not have to worry about losing your child's spot in class**

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you need to become inactive in the program, an email must be sent to ultimatefusion@yahoo.com on or before the gymnasts' last day in class. If we are informed that your gymnast has un-enrolled from the program after their last day, you will be charged starting her last day, until the date we are informed.

REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer refunds for canceled classes due to holidays, vacations, illness, weather, injury, or any other reason. Ultimate Fusion does not issue refunds. All sales are final for any product or service purchased or provided by Ultimate Fusion.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Schedule subject to change based on availability. Please call ahead to assure that your class is available. The minimum class size is 3 children and we reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of children. You are more than welcome to join a class at any time as long as there are available spots in the class. We will prorate the tuition accordingly.
